Called at 9pm, said she was calling because I had previously stayed at her resort. I replied I have never stayed at any resort and hung up.

It's a vacation scam using an automated voice prompt, which is illegal per the federal TCPA rules. The number is registered on the Onvoy network, so go there and file an abuse report too.

Emily calling to tell me I'd won an all expense paid trip to a Florida resort. She wouldn't stop talking when I said I wasn't interested, so I hung up on her.
