Although I am registered with the Do Not Call registry, I received a call today from 860-788-7711. I said, "hello, hello, hello" and not one answered then the phoned abruptly hung up.

Said calling me on behalf of Visa/MC and asked card # to lower rates. Told them I have AmEx and asked what financial institution he's with. I went back and forth until he called me "an f***ing b****' and said "he didn't want to play games". I told him I didn't want to play games either and he hung up.
